                                 CINDY'S CUT OATS BREAKFAST
Serves 4

INSTRUCTIONS:
The night before to 3 cups boiling water add 1 cup steel cut oats, 1/4-teaspoon salt, 1-2 tablespoons wheat or oat bran.
Leave over night.

IN THE MORNING:
1/2-cup apple cider
1/2-cup whole milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2-teaspon cinnamon
1/2-grated apple

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Simmer until thick (about 5 minutes)
2.   Don’t let get to thick.
3.   Sit  uncovered for 5 minutes.
