SHRIMP WRAPPED WITH PROSCIUTTO ENJOY DAN:
SHRIMP WRAPPED WITH PROSCIUTTO by CHEF DAN:
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
DIRECTIONS (PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 F)
1. In bowl whisk, together maple syrup with garlic and paprika.
2. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each shrimp and place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
3. Roast until shrimp are opaque throughout, 10-12 minutes.
