BRAISED VEGETABLE MEDLEY ENJOY DAN:
BRAISED VEGETABLE MEDLEY by CHEF DAN:
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
2 carrots, trimmed and scrubbed and cut into 1-inch pieces
6 crimini mushrooms, sliced
1 cup pearl onions
1 cup edamame
1 (9 Oz) package frozen artichoke hearts
2 teaspoons EACH smoked paprika, garlic powder and turmeric
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
Sea salt and black pepper medley to taste
DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 F)
1. Toss the veggies in the olive oil and seasonings.
2. Line the veggies on a prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
