SPAGHETTI WITH LORI'S BASIL PESTO WITH PISTACHIO ENJOY DAN:

SPAGHETTI WITH LORI’S BASIL PESTO WITH PISTACHIO by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
2 garlic cloves
8 ounces spaghetti, your choice
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup unsalted, shelled pistachios,
2 cups baby spinach
2 cups Lori’s basil pesto
1 tablespoon EACH white wine vinegar, and lemon juice
1/2-teaspoon EACH sea salt and Seasoned Pepper Medley

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Cook spaghetti according to package direction.
2.   Place the remaining ingredients into a food processor.
3.   Combine the pasta with the pistachio mixture.
