a family
INGREDIENTS:
20-pound
turkey on the Traeger smoker
1/4-cup
brown sugar
1
tablespoon EACH salt and creole seasoning
2
teaspoons EACH ground cumin, dried oregano, ground sage, and dry mustard
1
teaspoon EACH garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried colander
DIRECITONS:
1.
Dry
rub but first cover with olive oil.
2.
Mix
all dry ingredients in bowl.
3.
Cover
turkey with dry mix.
4.
Place
on the TRAEGER smoker
ENJOY
