AVOCADO TOAST ENJOY DAN:


                                      AVOCADO TOAST by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
2-pieces Dave’s power seed bread (80 calories) toasted
1 ripe avocado, seed removed and cut into slices then peel skin
1 teaspoon EACH- olive oil, and lemon juice
1/8-tablespoon garlic powder and onion powder
1-pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Flax seeds or chia seeds toasted
A dash red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a bowl mash avocado with a fork.
2.   Add olive oil and next 4 ingredients.
3.   Mash into avocado and stir combine.
4.   Top with flax seeds and red pepper flakes.

ENJOY DAN:         EAT HEALTH, LAUGH OFTEN AND EAT AVOCADOS!!
