Mix
with 2 gillions water
BRINE:
1-1/2-cups
soy sauce
1/2-cup
salt
1/2-cup
brown sugar
2
tablespoon dried sage
2
tablespoon celery seeds
6
rosemary springs
1-tblespoons
EACH dried thyme and liquid smoke
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Stir
to dissolve salt, add turkey to the 5-gallon bucket.
2.
Cover
and refrigerate overnight.
3.
Rinse
