                            FLAMING DR. PEPPER by CHEF DAN:

Makes 1 pint

INGREDIENTS:

1/2-glass draft beer from Bailey’s corner store pub

3/4-shot amaretto almond liqueur

1/4-ounce 151 pouf rum

DIRECTIONS:

1.   Fill a pint-glass half full Bailey’s brew

2.   Add the amaretto to a shoot glass and top with 151 proof rum.

3.   Set the rum on fire and very carefully drop the shot glass into the beer.

4.   Taste like Dr. Pepper.
