BILLICKS ARIZONA CHILI ENJOY DANl

                      BILLICKS ARIZONA CHILI by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
6 Jalapenos, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 (8 Oz) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds lean beef
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon oregano
2 cases cold beer
2 large road runners

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Saute jalapenos, beef, onions, garlic until meat loses red color.
2.   Add remaining ingredients and 1/4-cup water.
3.   Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, covered and cook  until Randy has finished a case of beer.
4.   Prepare road runners.
5.   Let chili cool and feed to the road runners.
6.   Lean back, take it easy and enjoy the rest of the beer.
