ASPRAGUS WITH CRANBERRIES ALMONDS AND GOAT CHEESE ENJOY DAN:


ASPARAGUS WITH CRANBERRIES ALMONDS AND GOAT CHEESE                                                    
                                                                                             by CHEF DAN:
serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1-pound asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
 Kosher salt + black pepper to taste
1/3-cup crumbled goat cheese
1/3-cup dried sour cranberries
1/3-cup slivered almonds
1/2-teaspoon dried dill

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 F)
1.   On a prepared baking sheet, add asparagus.
2.   Drizzle with olive oil, salt pepper, and dill.
3.   Roll around to equally coat all spears.
4.   Roast for 12-15 minutes or until asparagus is just softened.
5.   Pull out of the oven and sprinkle with goat cheese, cranberries, and almonds.
