KIMCHI HUMMUS ENJOY DAN:

                                KIMCHI HUMMUS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 8 

INGREDIENTS:
1 (15.5 Oz) can unsalted chickpeas
1/2-cup kimchi, plus 2 tablespoons
1/4-cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
3 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon Siracha
Salt to taste
Garnish with 2 scallions, bias cut into 1/2-inch lengths

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
2.   Spoon hummus into a bowl.
3.   Two with 2 tablespoon kimchi.
4.   Garnish with scallions.
