KRIS'S HIPPY AVOCADO CHIA SMOOTHIE ENJOY DAN:

       KRIS’S HIPPY AVOCADO CHIA SMOOTHIE by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 avocado
2 apples
8 ounces frozen kale
2-1/2-cups (Mae Ploy) coconut milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Top with 2 tablespoon hemp seeds 

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
2.   Remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and place in a blender.
3.   Cut the apples into quarter and remove the cores.
4.   Add apple, kale, coconut milk and chai seeds to the blender and pulse for 30 seconds until smooth.
5.   Pour into 4 glasses and top with hemp seeds.
