GREEK SCRAMBLED EGGS

INGREDIENTS:
1-onion,
chipped
2-tablespoon
olive oil
5-eggs
10-cherry
tomatoes, sliced
1/2-cup
crumbled feta cheese
1/2-teaspoon
EACH paprika & dried oregano
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Add
oil to a skillet over medium heat & when sizzling.
2.
Add
onion & sauté for 4-5 minutes.
3.
Crack
egg into the skillet.
4.
Keep
pushing the eggs around as they cook to make scrambled eggs.
5.
Add
the tomatoes, feta paprika & oregano.
6.
mix
in the skillet until fully incorporated.
ENJOY
DAN: DAMN DELICIOUS!!!
