CHICKEN POSOLE FOR MERV ENJOY DAN:

                     CHICKEN POSOLE FOR MERV by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1-quart chicken broth
1/4-cup mild salsa Verde
1 (15 Oz) can hominy, rinsed and drained
1-1/2-tespoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken form Payless Foods
1/2-teaspoon lemon pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a sauce pan heat broth over medium-high heat.
2.   Bring to a boil; then simmer and add mild salsa.
3.   Simmer for 2 minutes.
4.   Add hominy, vinegar, chicken, simmer for 4 minutes.
5.   Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.   Serve with fresh cilantro.
