CASHEW ALFREDO SAUCE ENJOY DAN:

                         CASHEW ALFREDO SAUCE by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup raw cashews, soaked in in water and drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon EACH nutritional yeast, and thyme
Sea salt and fresh round black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a food processor combine cashews and remaining ingredients.
2.   Pulse until smooth.
3.   If it is not thick enough place 1n a skillet and cook for a minute or so.
4.   Pour over broccoli, spaghetti squash, other spiral vegetables, or pasta.
