WATERCRESS SALAD WITH SESAME GARLIC DRESSING ENJOY DAN:

WATERCRESS SALAD WITH SESAME GARLIC DRESSING by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups of trimmed watercress or arugula
2 avocado cut into bit size pieces
1 cup radishes, sliced
4 scallions, bias-sliced into 1/2-inch lengths
1/4-cup finely grated, peeled Gala apple
4 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 jalapeno seeded and minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Combine watercress avocado, radishes, and scallions in a bowl.
2.   Combine apple, soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, jalapeno, garlic, and oil, in a Mason jar with a lid on and shake well.
3.   Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
4.   Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
