ROASTED SPICY SALSA VERDE ENJOY DAN:

            SPICY SALSA VERDE ROASTED by CHEF DAN:
Serves a few:

INGREDIENTS:
2 Serrano peppers
1 jalapeno pepper
6 tomatillos, husked removed and rinsed
2 garlic cloves
1-1/2-inch slices white onion
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2-teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

DIRECTIONS: (PRE-HEAT BROILER)
1.   Spread the tomatillos, peppers and garlic on a prepared cookie sheet.
2.   Roast under the broiler for about 5 minutes or until charred.
3.   Remove from the oven and place in a paper bag to let cool.
4.   When cool place in a blender with onion, lime juice, and salt.
5.   Pulse until desired smoothness.
6.   Stir in cilantro.
