SPICY PUMPKIN AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS ENJOY DAN:

         SPICY PUMPKIN AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS by CHEF DAN:
Makes 2 cups

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2-teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2-teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoon lime juice
1/4-cup raw cashews, coarsely chopped

DIRECTIONS:           (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES)
1.   In a bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat.
2.   Spread on a prepared baking sheet.
3.   Bake until puffed and browned, about 10 minutes.
