PASTA WITH CAULIFLOWER ENJOY DAN:

            ANGLE HAIR PASTA WITH CAULIFLOWER by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound angel hair pasta
1 head cauliflower, stem removed and chipped
2 garlic cloves
1 taqblespoon Herbs De Provence
Zest of 1 lemon
3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Bring a large pot of salted water a boil.
2.   Add paste and cook 2 minutes less than the package says.
3.   Add cauliflower and cook 2 minutes longer, reserving 1/2-cup liquid, drain and set aside.
4.   In the same pot add 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat and when sizzling add garlic and sauté 1 minutes.
5.   Add pasta mixture, Herbs De Provence and toss to combine.
6.   Add enough paste liquid to create a light sauce that coats the pasta.
7.   To serve sprinkle with lemon zest and Parmesan cheese.
8.   Season with salt and pepper.
