POLENTA WITH CUMIN ENJOY DAN:

                             CUMIN POLENTA by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS:
3/12- cups water or vegetables broth or chicken broth
1 cup polenta
1-teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoon cumin
1/2-cup fat-free milk
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS;
1.   Gradually add polenta to boiling, salted water, stirring constantly until thickened.
2.   Cook in top of double boiler, stirring frequently, for about 25 minutes.
3.   Blend in milk and butter.
4.   Stir in cumin.
5.   Top with parmesan cheese.
