TIS THAT TIME OF YEAR HAPPY ST. PAT'S ENJOY DAN:


                LEAPING LEPRECHAUN DRINK by CHEF DAN:
Serves 12

INGREDIENTS:

1 quart vanilla ice cream
1-1/2-cups Irish cream
1-1/2-cups crème de menthe
1-1/2-cups cream de cacao
Mint springs for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1.    In a blender mix each drink with 2 cups ice cream, 1/4-cup EACH of Irish cream, cream de menthe and cream de cocoa.
2.    Blend until smooth.
3.    Garnish with mint springs.

            ENJOY DAN:                           BOB-APPETITE!!
