FISH THAT'S WHAT'S FOR DINNER ENJOY DAN:

                       FISH FILLETS BAKED by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound wild thru cod or cat fish or any other white fish fillets
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon creamy Caesar dressing
1/4-teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion flakes
1 tablespoon PANKO bread crumbs
1tablespoon parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:          (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES)

1.     Place fish in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
2.     Combine lime juice, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, onion flakes, PANKO bread crumbs and cheese.
3.     Blend well.
4.     Spoon mixture over fillets.
5.     Cover with foil and bake in pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
6.     Adjust baking time depending on thickness of the fish.
