HONEY GARLIC SHRIMP SKILLET

INGREDIENTS:
I
pound shrimp, peeled, and deveined with tails on
SAUCE:
1
tablespoon olive oil
1
teaspoons garlic, minced
1/2-teaspoon
fresh ginger, grated
4
tablespoon honey
2
tablespoons soy sauce
2
tablespoons lime juice
Pinch
of red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Combine
sauce ingredients and divide in half.
2.
Marinate
the shrimp with 1/2-of the sauce for 20 minutes.
3.
Discard
marinate.
4.
Over
medium-high heat oil in a skillet
5.
Sear
on both sides, about 1 minute on each side, or until browned.
6.
Using
thongs, rub shrimp into the caramelized bits on the bottom of the skillet.
7.
Pour
remaining sauce into skillet, with the shrimp.
8.
Dish
and serve hot drizzled with remaining sauce.
