BAKED HALIBUT MY WAY by
CHEF DAN:
Serves

INGREDIENTS:
2
pounds Halibut fillet
1/2-cup
Mexican sour cream
1/2-cup
Parmesan cheese
1/4-cup
chives
1
tablespoon EACH dill and oregano
Kosher
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
(PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F)
1.
Spray
baking dish with Pam.
2.
Rinse
Halibut fillets, pat dry with paper towels.
3.
Place
in the baking dish.
4.
Chop
chives.
5.
Mix
together sour cream, dill, oregano and1/3-cup Parmesan cheese.
6.
Spoon
mixture over the Halibut and bake or 15-20 minutes.
7.
Sprinkle
remaining Parmesan cheese over the top of the sauce.
8.
Broil
for about 5 minutes
