CHOCOLATE MOUSSE MY WAY by CHEF DAN:
Serves

INGREDIENTS:
Flesh
of one avocado
1
banana
1/2-cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4-cup
pure maple syrup
1/2-teaspoon
white wine vinegar
1
teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch
of truffle salt
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Add
all ingredients to a blender.
2.
Process
on high until fully blended and smooth.
3.
Transfer
to 2 serving bowl and chill for 1 hour or more.
4.
Serve
with roasted strawberries, or fresh fruit or shaved coconut.
