CHEESE BALLS FOR THE SOUP KITCHEN by CHEF DAN:
Serves 30-40
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups grated cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4cup butter
Water
INGREDIENTS: (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES)
1. Mix cheese, flour and butter in a bowl using you fingers.
2. Add enough water to make stiff dough.
3. Roll dough in 1-inch balls.
4. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes.
