BAKED CHICKEN WITH PEACHES ENJOY DAN:

                  BAKED CHICKEN WITH PEACHES by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound skinless, boneless, chicken tenders
1/2-cup brown sugar
2 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1/8-teaspoon EACH ground ginger, ground allspice, and turmeric
1 teaspoon lemon juice

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F)
1.   Lightly spray a baking dish with Pam.
2.   Place chicken tender in baking dish, sprinkle with 1/2-brown sugar.
3.   Place sliced peaches over the chicken.
4.   Sprinkle with remaining 1/2-cup brown sugar and spices.
5.   Bake for 30 minutes, basting with juices, until chicken is cooked through.
