JICAMA WITH MEYER LEMONS ENJOY DAN:

JICAMA APPETIZER WITH MEYER LEMONS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 (1-pound) jacama, peeled, and cut into 3/8-inch slices
Juice from 2 Meyer lemons-about 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons chili powder

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Drizzle the jicama with lime juice.
2.   Splash
3.   Sprinkle with sea salt and chili powder.
4.   Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, so the flavors blend.
