BOILED SILKEN TOFU ENJOY DAN:

                             BOILED SILKEN TOFU by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2-4

INGREDIENTS:
1 (12.3 Oz) organic silken tofu

SEASONING:
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2- teaspoon of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon mirin
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon scallions, chopped
1-teaspoon hoisin sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Boil water in a pot.
2.   Carefully place whole tofu in the boiling water.
3.   Water does not have to fully cover the tofu.
4.   Put a pinch of sea salt into the pot.
5.   Boil for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
6.   Remove to a dish and cut into desired thickness.
7.   In a bowl add all seasoning ingredients.
8.   Whisk to combine.
9.   Pour over tofu and serve.
