CABBAGE WITH CHILI GARLIC ENJOY DAN:

                 CABBAGE WITH CHILE GARLIC by CHEF DAN:
SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Juice from 1 Meyer lemon
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon onion power
1 teaspoon ginger powder
4-5 cups cabbage, sliced
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Handful fresh cilantro, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Combine in a bowl the first 7 ingredients.
2.   In a skillet over medium-high heat add oil when sizzling.
3.   Add cabbage and garlic and cook about 7 minutes.
4.   Add brown sugar mixture and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.   Top with chopped cilantro.
