ASIAN ORANGE GINGER CHICKEN BREASTS ENJOY DAN:

BAKED ASIAN ORANGE GINGER CHICKEN BREAST by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
Zest of 1 orange
 Juice from 1 orange, about 1/2-cup
1/4-cup Juice from 2 Meyer lemons
1 thumb-size fresh ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4-cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons Sriracha Chili sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon light blue agave syrup
1/2-cup chicken broth
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:      (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES)
1.   In a Ziploc bag add zest from orange along with the chicken.
2.   In a bowl add orange juice.
3.   Whisk in the lemon juice grated ginger, crushed garlic, soy sauce, Sriracha chili sauce, agave syrup, salt and pepper.
4.   Pour marinade in Ziploc bag with the chicken.
5.   Place in the fridge and let marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
6.   In a pre-heated oven place chicken and marinate in a baking dish.
7.   Add 1/2-cup chicken broth.
8.   Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until thermometer reads 165 F.
9.   Let rest 5 minutes and then drizzle the juice over the chicken.
10.                Serve with Jasmine rice.
