GREEN POTATOES FOR SAINT PATRICK'S DAY ENJOY DAN:

           GREEN POTATOES FOR ST PATRICK'S DAY by CHEF DAN:
SERVES 12

Ingredients:
24 small golden potatoes, halved
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt

FOR THE SAUCE:
2 bunches fresh parsley
2 cups fresh basil and tarragon, and dill
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeno, halved
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1/2-teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2-cup olive oil
Juice from 2 Meyer lemons

DIRECTIONS:        PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES)
1.   Place potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil.
2.   Sprinkle with salt; coat evenly.
3.   Place a wire rack over a prepared baking sheet.
4.   Bake for about 50 minutes.

PREPARING THE SAUCE:
1.   In a blender combine all ingredients except oil; pulse a few times.
2.   Pour in oil while pulsing, and pulse until semi chunky.
3.   When the potatoes are done; drizzle the sauce over the potatoes.
4.   Toss until well coated.
