RIB IN THE CROCK-POT ENJOY DAN:

                  BABY BACK RIB IN THE CROCK-POT by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS;
4 pounds baby back ribs
1 onion diced
1/4-cup Jack Daniels NO. 7 recipe barbecue sauce
1/3-cup molasses
1 tablespoon Smokey paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2-teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4-cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Trim all excess fat off the ribs.
2.   Place diced onion in the bottomed of Pam sprayed crock-pot.
3.   Rub ribs with salt.
4.   Cut ribs into sections and place in the crock-pot.
5.   Pour all ingredients over the ribs.
6.   Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
7.   Don’t lift the lid.
8.   The meat will fall off the bones.
9.   Cover with more Jack Daniels Barbecue sauce if desired.
