GARLIC SCALLIONS STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS:
4-garlic
scallions, greens & whites, sliced
2-garlic
cloves, minced
2-teaspoons
Marsala wine
1-teaspoon
red pepper flakes
1-teaspoon
fish sauce
1-tablespoon
oyster sauce
2-tablespoons
butter
1-cup
roasted sunflower seeds
1-(8-ounce)
package rice noodles
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Mix
the scallions & next 5-ingredients in a bowl.
Set aside.
2.
Soak
noodles in hot water for about 20 minutes.
3.
Drain,
set aside.
4.
Add
butter a wok over medium heat when sizzling.
5.
Add
scallion mixture, sauté until fragrant about 4-5 minutes.
6.
add
drained noodles & mix to combine.
7.
Top
with toasted pumpkin seeds.
