COUSCOUS MY WAY ENJOY DAN:


                        

                                  COUSCOUS MY WAY by CHEF DAN:
serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/4-cup chicken broth
1/2-teaspoon salt
1-cup uncooked couscous
4 tablespoon butter
2-tablespoon fresh chives
2-teaspoons EACH lemon juice, & soy sauce
1/4-teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Bring broth & salt to a boil in saucepan.
2.   remove from heat.
3.   Stir in couscous.
4.   Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
5.   Fluff with a fork and keep warm.
6.   Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
7.   cook 3 minutes or until brown & fragrant.
8.   Add butter, & next 5 ingredients, to the couscous.
9.   Stir to combine.
10  Serve in bowls
