SIRLOIN STEAK MARINATED IN WHISKEY

4
New York sirloin steaks, trimmed of all fat
MARINATE:
1/3-cup
Whiskey
1/4-cup
brown sugar
1/4-cup
teriyaki sauce
2
teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
4
garlic cloves, finely chopped
2
teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2
tablespoons Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a large zip-lock bag place steaks in and the add the marinate.
2.
Turn
several times to coat.
3.
Refrigerate
overnight.
4.
Cook
on a grill or fry in a cast-iron pan.
5.
Heat
up the marinate and use as a sauce for the steaks.
