SCAMBLES EGGS REGULAR OF LITE YOUR WAY ENJOY DAN:


SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH CREAM CHEESE AND CHIVES

Serves 2

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

4 eggs

2 tablespoon milk

1 (1 1/2-Oz) package cream cheese

1/4-cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4-teaspoon lemon pepper

1/4-teaspoon kosher salt

1/4-cup bacon bits

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon snipped chives

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

1.   In a bowl whisk together cream and milk, lemon pepper, and salt until smooth.

2.  Beat the eggs in a bowl.

3.   Add the Parmesan cheese and stir in the bacon bits.

4.  Melt butter over moderate heat, adding egg mixture, cook it, stirring for 5-7 minutes or until eggs are cook through.

5.  .Garnish with chives,

 

NOTE;

To lighten,

 Add 2-cups egg substitute

Fat-free milk

3 ounces light cream cheese

Proceeded as directed
