ROASTED ASPARAGUS WOW!! ENJOY DAN:


          OVEN–ROASTED ASPARAGUS by CHEF DAN:

Serves 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 pound asparagus, tough ends broken off

3 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2-teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/4-cup Parmesan cheese

 

DIRECTIONS:      (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES)

 

1.  Place the asparagus in to a mixing bowl, and drizzle with the olive oil.

2.  Toss to coat.

1.  Sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

2.   Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer.

3.  Bake in a pre-heated oven until just tender about 12-15 minutes.

4.  Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar just before serving.
