BUTTER
LETTUCE WITH PEAR AND HAZELNUTS by CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:
3
tablespoons olive oil
1
head butter lettuce
1
pear, sliced
2
tablespoons juice from MEYER lemons
1/2-teaspoon
lemon zest
1/4-teaspoon
sea salt
1/8-teaspoon
cracked pepper
1/2-cup
toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2-cup
crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Whisk
oil with lemon juice and zest with salt and pepper in a bowl.
2.
Arrange
lettuce and pear on a serving platter; spoon vinaigrette over.
3.
Top
with toasted hazelnuts and Gorgonzola cheese.
