ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND PARMESAN CHEES ENJOY DAN:

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND PARMESAN CHEESE

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS”
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon marjoram leaves
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, crushed
4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
 Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/3-cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chives

DIRECTIONS:  (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES)
1.   Toss cauliflower, oil, marjoram, garlic, and rosemary, in a bowl.
2.   Pour into prepared roasting pan, and season with salt and pepper.
3.   Roast for 20 minutes until cauliflower starts to soften and brown on the bottom.
4.   Toss with vinegar and sprinkle with cheese.
5.   Return to the oven and roast until the cheese melts, 5-10 minutes more.
6.   Remove from oven and top with chives.
