ROATED GARLIC AND LEMONS ENJOY DAN:


              LEMONS WITH ROASTED GARLIC DRESSING by CHEF DAN:

Makes 3/4-cup

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

3 tablespoons grape-seed oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

3 tablespoon MEYERS lemon juice or Deady’s lemons

1 teaspoon MAYERS lemon zest or Deady’s lemons

1/4-teaspoon Dijon or brown mustard

2 teaspoon dried oregano

Pinch of sea salt and cracked pepper

 

Directions:

 

1.  Place all ingredients in a mason jar with lid.

2.  Shake well until well mixed.

 

                    ENJOY DAN:    BON-APPETITE!!
