POT STICKERS WITH DIPPING SAUCE ENJOY DAN:


TRADER JOES THAI SHRIMP GYOZA (pot stickers) by CHEF DAN:

Makes 1 cup

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/4-cup soy sauce

1/4-cup rice wine vinegar

2-1/2-teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoon teriyaki sauce

1 scallion, minced

2 teaspoon fresh ginger root, minced

1/2-teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon white pepper

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

1.  Bring soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and 1/4-cup water to boil in a sauce pan over medium-heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

2.  Pour mixture into a bowl and add scallions, ginger, oil and white pepper.

3.  Serve with TRADERS JOE’S Thai shrimp gyoza.
