YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO MAKE YOUR OWN SPICY PEANUT SAUCE. NOW YOU CAN ENJOY DAN

HOW TO MAKE SPICY PEANUT SAUCE by CHEF DAN:




INGREDIENTS:



1 can (MAE PLOY) 19oz coconut milk

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

1/3-cup chicken stock

1/2- teaspoon cumin

1/2-teaspoon red curry paste

1/2- teaspoon coriander

2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated

2 teaspoons garlic, minced

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 hand full cilantro



DIRECTIONS:



1.Add coconut milk to a stock pot.

2.Heat over medium heat.

3.Whisk in peanut butter and chicken stock.

4.Whisk in curry paste,cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.

5.Cook and stir until the peanut butter is completely blended into the sauce.

6.Stir in cilantro.
