INSTANT POT SALMON WITH HERBS ENJOY DAN:


              INSTANT POT SALMON WITH HERBS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
2 salmon fillets
4-slices of lemon
1-cup white wine
1/2-teaspoon EACH Old Ba seasoning, lemon pepper, dried oregano and dried tarragon
2 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Rub salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
2.   In a bowl mix wine with the herbs.
3.   Pour into the Instant Pot.
4.   Put the trivet in the Instant Pot, then place the salmon fillets on the trivet skin side down.
5.   Place 1 tablespoon EACH butter on each fillet.
6.   Put slices of lemon on top of the butter and salmon.
7.   Close the lid and turn the value to sealing position.
8.   Press the “Pressure Cook” or “manual” button.
9.   Set time for 3 minutes on high pressure.
10  When the Instant Pot finishes cooking, quick release (QR) the steam.
11  Remove trivet with salmon from the Instant Pot.
12  Place on plate with Jasmine rice and serve.
