INSTANT POT LAMB BONELESS SIRLOIN

INGREDIENTS:

lamb chops
2-tablespoons
butter
3-tablespoons
EACH honey and balsamic vinegar
2
garlic cloves
2-springs
fresh rosemary
1
cup wine
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Rub
oil all over both sides of the lamb chops.
2.
Slice
garlic pieces into thin pieces and with a sharp knife.
3.
Poke
hole into the chops.
4.
Then
slide garlic into each hole.
5.
Followed
by a piece of rosemary.
6.
Sprinkle
chops with salt and pepper.
7.
Select
SAUTE button of the INSTANT POT.
8.
Add
oil and when hot add chops and brown on both sides.

About
1-minutes each side.

Remove
chops to a platter.

Add
wine into the INSTANT POT, and scrape any bits stuck to the bottom.

Place
the trivet inside before adding the lamb on top of the rivet.

Cover
INSTANT POT, set vent to SEALING, select Pressure Cook button.

Select
high pressure and set the Timer for 6 minutes.

Cook
till done and let the seam release naturally for 10 minutes.

Remove
lid and enjoy.
