GARLIC CHICKEN ZOODLES

INGREDIENTS:
2-chicken
boneless, skinless breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2
tablespoon olive oil
4
garlic cloves, smashed
2-beets,
spiralized into zoodles
1/2-teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Salt
and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Trim
beets and peel: then spiralized the beets.
2.
Heat
oil in a skillet over medium-high and when sizzling.
3.
Add
garlic and sauté for 1-minute.
4.
Add
chicken, red pepper flakes and cook for 5-6 minutes.
5.
Toss
in spiralized zoodles and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6.
Turn
off heat and add Parmesan cheese.
