PALEO MAYONNAISE MY

INGREDIENTS:
1
egg
1-tablespoon
lime juice
1
garlic clove, chopped
1/2-
teaspoon EACH ground mustard, and sea salt
1/4-teaspoon
green chipotle powder
1-cup
avocado oil
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Put
the egg in a food processor and process until blended.
2.
While
the processor is running, VERY slowly drizzle the oil into the mixer.
3.
Add
a little at a time and give it time to start emulsifying and thickening.
4.
Continue
to slowly add the rest of the oil until it is very thick and all incorporated.
5.
Add
the remaining ingredients and process some more.
6.
Pour
into a Mason jar with lid and keep in the refrigerator.
