EASY CURRY SHRIMP MY WAY ON THE GRILL ENJOY DAN:

                  EASY CURRY SHRIMP MY WAY ON THE GRILL by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1/4-cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoons EACH fish sauce, hoisin sauce, and armband
1 tablespoon grated lime rind
2 pounds, shrimp, peeled and deveined

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Add red curry paste and next 6 ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
2.   Place shrimp in a Ziploc bag; add shrimp and toss until well coated.
3.   Let sit at room temperature for up to 1 hour.
4.   Remove from marinate and tread shrimp on skewers and grill on medium-high for about 3 minutes, or until opaque:
