CREAMY DRESSING WITH SILKEN TOFU by CHEF DAN:
Makes
1-cup or so
INGREDIENTS:
1-(12.3
Oz) package of silken tofu
2-
Tablespoon olive oil
2-
Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2
garlic cloves, peeled
1/4-cup
green onions
2
tablespoons honey
2
teaspoon light soy sauce
1/2-teaspoons
red chili flakes
INGREDIENTS:
1.
Drain
tofu in a colander, wrapped in paper towels.
2.
Place
heave weight on top and drain for 20 minutes.
3.
In
a food processor, combine tofu, vinegar, garlic cloves, green onions, honey,
soy sauce, and red chili flakes.
4.
While
pulsing add olive oil and blend until smooth.
