CHEESE FILLED RAVIOLIS WITH PASTE SAUCE ENJOY DAN:

CHEESE FILLED RAVIOLI WITH TOMATO HERBS AND SPICE PASTA SAUCE

Serves 4

 INGREDIENTS:
16 ounces jar tomato, herbs and spices pasta sauce
1 (16 Oz) package frozen cheese filled ravioli
1/2-cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoon fresh basil, torn.

DIRECTIONS:       (HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES)
1.   Spray bottom of baking dish with cooking spray.
2.   Spread 3/4-pasta sauce in the baking dish.
3.   Arrange half the frozen ravioli in a single layer over sauce.
4.   Top with 1/4-cup cottage cheese.
5.   Top with half of the remaining pasta sauce and 1/2-cup mozzarella cheese.
6.   Repeat layers once, starting with ravioli.
7.   Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
8.   Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
9.   Remove foil.
10.                Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes.
11.                Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
